A sweet & crunchy homemade granola made with all the goodness of cookie butter

2 cups of rolled oats
2/3 cup chopped walnuts (pecans would also be delicious in this)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup cookie butter (crunchy or smooth)
4 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
