Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars

What’s better than edible, eggless cookie dough baked inside a classic white cheesecake?And there’s a Cookie Dough Oreo crust, too!

Cookie Dough:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup butter ( melted )
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup mini chocoalte chips
Cheesecake crust:
22 Oreos ( crushed we used the Cookie Dough Oreos )
6 tablespoons butter ( melted )
Cheesecake:
16 oz cream cheese ( softened )
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Ganache:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
