Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches

Creamy cookie dough frozen yogurt meets a crunchy, double chocolate cookie in this out-of-this-world ice cream sandwich!

For the Frozen Yogurt:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup vanilla yogurt (i used half Chobani greek and half regular yogurt)

For the Double Chocolate Cookies:

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup flour
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs at room temp
2 Tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
