1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon table salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons heavy cream

12 Tbsp butter
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
