Cookies and Cream Cheesecake

With all the tang and flavor of a traditional cheesecake, this Cookies and Cream Cheesecake is lower in fat so you can eat more in celebration of #SixteenCheesecakes.

1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (1 pack or 9 whole crackers)
1/4 cup butter spray
16 ounces fat free cream cheese
16 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (I used half of a package of thin chocolate sandwich cookies puled about 20 times in my food processor)

Stewed Okra and Tomatoes is a classic Southern dish! Flavored with bacon, onion, garlic and cider vinegar, you know these vegetables are bound to be good. 3 slices thick cut bacon
1 small Vidalia onion
2 cloves garlic
2 15.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 c fresh or frozen okra
