A from scratch brownie bite with an Oreo crust and a cookies 'n cream Kiss topping!

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon brewed coffee (or you can substitute water)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
About 28 Mini Oreos (bite sized)
About 28 Cookies ’n Cream Hershey’s Kisses (or your favorite flavor), unwrapped
