You’ll find Oreo cookies stuffed inside this rich, chocolate cheesecake. There’s a Pillsbury cookie dough crust on the bottom and a sweet chocolate ganache on the top.

1 package (16 ounces) Pillsbury Ready To Bake!® Big Deluxe Cookies 'n Creme
2 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream warmed slightly to room temperature
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
14 Oreos, quartered
Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Buttercream (optional):
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 Hershey's Cookies 'n Creme candy bars, optional
