Baked Artichoke Dip meets Creamy Spinach Dip in this marriage of a garlic & cheese heaven!

1 ~ 14 ounce can water packed artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 ~ 10 ounce pack frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup light sour cream
4 ounce Neufchatel Cheese, softened (or regular cream cheese)
2 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
