Copycat McDonald’s Apple Pie – Single serving apple pie pockets just like they serve at McDonald’s. The perfect pastry crust, chopped apple pie filling and a dusting of cinnamon bake into the perfect handheld apple pie!

2 cups flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ cup shortening
¼ cup ( ½ stick) of unsalted butter
½ cup water
Filling
1 21 oz can apple pie filling
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Topping
Ground cinnamon in a shaker bottle for sprinkling
