Corn Bread Stuffing

The corn bread is fluffy & lightly sweet. There are bits of crunchy nuts (optional) & tart, yet sweet cherries. It's a savory-sweet stuffing that is sure to please!

1 Shirley J Corn Bread & Muffin Mix
1 1/2 c. Water
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 Onion Finely Diced
2 stalks Celery ( Diced )
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp Thyme
1 c. Walnut Pieces ( Or Pecan Pieces Or Slivered Almonds )
1 c. Dried Cherries ( Or Cherry Flavored Cranberries )
2 c. Hot Water
1 tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
