Corn, Rice, and Pimiento Salad

Corn, rice, and peppers are tossed in a light, Parmesan dressing. It's the perfect side dish to take along to a potluck or picnic this season!

2 cups cooked rice at room temperature
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ cup buttermilk
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 cups fresh whole kernel corn (or thawed frozen whole kernel corn)
8 ounces sliced pimientos, drained
¾ cup thinly sliced green onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
