These delicious muffins are a perfect way to use up some of those Thanksgiving leftovers, or to take as an appetizer to your holiday get-together!

1 box cornbread stuffing mix
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg
