Country Fried Rabbit

Rich country gravy fried rabbit. Delicious served with mashed potatoes.

One or two rabbits quartered
Buttermilk enough to cover the meat.
1/4 cup coconut oil or vegetable oil of choice
1/4 cup flour,
1 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp pepper,
1/2 tsp garlic,
dash of paprika

For the gravy:
3 T butter
2 tsp flour
2 Cups milk
