A hearty potato side dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

3 large potatoes
1/2 lb Farmland pork sausage
3 green onions (chopped)
1 cup green pepper (diced)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1. Brown the pork sausage. When cooked, remove from pan, leaving grease. 2. Add green onions and peppers to the grease and saute until soft. 3. While sauteing, dice the potatoes. 4. Add potatoes, garlic salt, cumin and pepper to the pan. 5. Cook, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are browned and cooked through. 6. Enjoy...This hash is delicious alongside my Whole Wheat Caramelized Pancakes!
