Country White Bread

A classic, simple, white bread recipe perfect as a side for dinner, or with a sandwich.

1 1/4 cup warm water
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 1/3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry buttermilk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
