Cous - cous with vegetables and chorizo

200g couscous
150 g green pepper
100g black olives
100g chorizo
1 pc. onion
150g cherry tomatoes
olive oil
salt and pepper
ginger and basil
Cook the couscous Kusa in one liter of cold water for 10-13 minutes Cut into small cubes green peppers, onions and olives. In a heated pan with olive oil fry the onion. Add the peppers and olives and cook. After the heat treatment, add cooked couscous. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of ginger. In a baking dish arrange the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with a little olive oil, basil and salt and bake. Using a ring shape ready mix. Stack fan of chorizo ??and decorated with cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
