Crab Artichoke Salad

Quick, easy, and healthy crab meat and spices salad with artichoke hearts. Delicious on its own or on top of spinach or lettuce of choice for a salad. Add more or less of spices for your taste.

1 package Imitation Crab meat
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 package cream cheese (softened)
1 can artichoke hearts
1 bunch scallions
2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tablespoon ground paprika
grated Parmesan cheese (topping)
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon dried cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon onion powder
Mix together mayonnaise and cream cheese. Place in skillet on medium heat. Add crab meat and stir. Add spices and scallions. Cook until cream cheese is mixed well (no chunks). Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve in a tortilla, on its own, or on top of spinach or lettuce. I put on top of spinach with a drizzle of Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing.
