1 large spiraled zucchini
12 oz imitation or real crab, chopped
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
zest from 1/4 lemon (optional)
