4 slices extra firm tofu (2 ounces each)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Pepperlane Cran Peno Jelly
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Pepperlane Cran Peno Jelly

Rinse off and dry tofu slices. Add the olive oil to a medium skillet
Mix the Cran-Peno and garlic and coat both sides of the tofu
