Cranberry Cake with Butter Sauce

A perfect fall dessert that is perfect year round! Take it to a party and everyone will be begging you for the recipe....I promise!

CAKE
6 T. butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups evaporated milk (I am lazy and use 1 can + the remainder of regular milk)
2 T. baking powder
4 cups flour
2 t. salt
1 bag frozen cranberries washed (about 3-4 cups)

BUTTER SAUCE
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 t. vanilla
Cake: Cream butter and sugar. Add milk. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in berries. Pour into your greased pan (it is thick!). Bake in bundt pan at 350 for 20 minutes, and the remaining 40+ minutes at 325...
