Scones sweetened with honey and filled with dried cranberries and ginger chips.

For the scones

2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1/2 cup crystallized ginger chips
6 tablespoons cold butter
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup honey

For the topping

2 tablespoons milk
1-2 teaspoons sugar

For the glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
