3/4 c. Quaker Oats
2/3 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbls white sugar
1/2 c melted butter
2 Tbls lemon juice
1 lb whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
Mix oats, flour and sugars. Add melted butter. Place half of mixture in greased 8x8 pan. Spread cranberry sauce. Put on second half of mixture. Sprinkle lemon juice and nuts. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min....

3 eggs

1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
