Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Cookies

A delightful orange infused oatmeal cookie with sweet dried cranberries. A nice soft chewy cookie.

1 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
2 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
3 TBS Grated Orange Peel
1 1/2 Cups Dried Cranberries
Pre Heat Oven to 350 Degrees. Beat Butter, Brown Sugar and Sugar until creamy. Add Eggs and Vanilla and beat well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Batter will be stiff. Drop by heaping tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cooke sheet to wire rack.

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
3. Blend for 30 seconds
