A moist, Fall-flavored pumpkin muffin stuffed with a soft, sweet cream cheese filling!

Muffins:
1-1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 plus 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. canola oil
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
1/4 c. plus 2-1/2 tbsp. eggs
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
1-1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
