Creamed Corn Chowder

A great chowder for those cold winter nights. Slow cookers are our best friends in those cooler months!

2 Cups Corn Kernels
2 Cans Creamed Corn
2 Cups Vegetable soup broth
2 Cups milk
6 Cups potatoess, peeled & cubed
2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 green onions finely chopped
A) In a large saucepan, bring vegetable broth & spices to a boil, add potatoes. B) Boil potatoes for 6-8 minutes. C) Add Milk, corn kernels & creamed corn, simmer for 5 more minutes. Cover & remove from heat. D) Top each bowl of chowder with cheddar & green onion when serving ***Add ham or bacon if you like!***
