Creamy Cauliflower-Alfredo Sauce

Rich and Creamy. I was happily suprised the first time I made this. The recipe is easy to make and delicious.Can easily be transformed into other flavored sauces.

2 Cup Cauliflower, Cooked
1 1/4 Cup 1% Milk
3 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Butter
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Cup Italian Cheese Blend, Shredded
