Creamy Cheddar Bacon Pinwheels

39

Easy to make, and super delicious, these pinwheels will please everyone! Whether you need a game day snack, or a satisfying lunch, this is the recipe for you!

6
10 oz. Cream Cheese
1 package, grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 package of bacon, cooked and chopped (about 8 slices)
1 tsp Parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp Dill Weed
1 tsp Garlic Powder
6 Flour Tortillas
Cook the bacon so it is crunchy instead of soft and fatty. Bacon bits are fine too. Chop the bacon into medium sized pieces. Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) on a low setting with a mixer. I used setting #2 on my Stand Mixer and it was completely mixed in about 20 seconds. Once ingredients are mixed, spread evenly and thickly on one side of each tortilla. Roll each tortilla and cover with plastic wrap. Let set in fridge for 30 minutes. To serve, unwrap and cut into slices. Each tortilla makes about 5-8 pinwheels, depending on desired size. Note: the ends don't look pretty to serve on a platter, but they taste just as good!
