2 Green Peppers, cut into thin slices
2 Onions, cut into thin slices
2 Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup water
1 package CGH Baja Lime Cilantro Dip Mix
1 or 2 tablespoon oil (depending on size of skillet, I used evoo)
Rice (cooked as directed)
