Soft cottage cheese are dunked into the rich tomato gravy, a must try for all cottage cheese lovers!

FOR THE GRAVY:-
2 cups chopped tomato's, 1 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup cashew nuts, 2 whole dry red chilly.
OTHER INGREDIENTS:-
3 tbsp butter, 2 tsp garlic paste, 2 pods of cardamom, 1 bay leaf,1 tbsp dried roasted fenugreek leaves, 1 tsp sugar, 2 cups cottage cheese, 2 tbsp fresh cream, salt to taste.
In a deep pan combine all the gravy items along with 1 1/2 cup of water and boil on high flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and blend in a mixer to a smooth mixture. Keep aside. Take a nonstick pan heat butter and add cardamom, bay leaf, garlic past and saute for few seconds.Add the dried fenugreek leaves, salt, prepared mixture, mix gently and cook for 3 minutes on a medium flame. Add the sugar, 1/4 cup water, cottage cheese, cream and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot garnished with fresh cream.
