Creamy Dreamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Up until a couple of years ago making good fudge was something that completely intimidated me. I had visions of candy thermometers and burning sugar, not something I wanted to attempt. Then with the wonder known as Pinterest, I found a recipe that not only looked amazing, but required no candy thermometer, just a very precise amount of “rolling boil” time. After reading the directions a few times I honestly thought I could tackle this recipe. Let me tell you I am SO GLAD that I did

3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) unsalted butter
A pinch of kosher salt
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups white chocolate morsels
3/4 cup peanut butter, I used smooth
