Creamy Parmesan and Pea Risotto
8
Smooth and Creamy Risotto that can be made in less then 30 minutes. The Parmesan and Peas give it a fantastic flavor! Even my anti-pea kid gobbled this up!
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter

1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter

Add rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring so that rice will not stick to...
