Creamy Sausage Gravy

This is the ultimate not just for breakfast comfort food!

1 lb ground sausage
1/3 cup flour
3 cups fat free milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
refrigerated or homemade biscuits
In a large skillet, brown the sausage until no longer pink. Drain and return to pan. Sprinkle the flour on the sausage and stir until it's soaked up by the sausage. Slowly pour the milk into the skillet, stirring constantly. Cook the gravy for approx. 10 minutes or until it thickens. Add the salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and stir until blended. Serve over warm biscuits!
