Creamy Sausage Veggie Pasta

This pasta will full the bellies of even your pickyest eaters! It is hearty and full of good for you veggies and best part is it tastes great.

1 package sweet sausage
1 box bowtie pasta (any hearty pasta will work)
2 whole zucchini
1 whole onion
2-3 roma tomatoes
3 ears of corn (can corn if out of season)
1 8oz package fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
2-3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp red pepper flake
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
*Brown sausage (remove casing), garlic and diced onion, season with salt and cumin. Drain. *prepare pasta per package directions *add red pepper flake, zucchini and corn to sausage and cook till tender *add cream cheese and milk mix until fully incorporated *add diced tomatoes *combine pasta and sausage veggie mixture in a baking dish top with shredded cheese *bake at 350 till cheese is melted
