This soup is warm and smooth and luscious and spicy and creamy and all the things you want soup to be PLUS it's low cal! 2 medium yellow onions, diced

1 1/4 t. ground cumin

1/2 t. coriander
1/8 t. cardamom
1/4 t. black pepper
