1/2 t. coriander
1/8 t. cardamom
1/4 t. black pepper
1/2 t. crushed red pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 c. vegetable broth
1 large head cauliflower, roughly chopped
1 (14 oz.) can light coconut milk
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 t. dried dill
