Crispy Asparagus

1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup flour
1/4cup parmesean cheese (grated)
1/2 cup bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Dredge asparagus in flour, and then eggs.Then into seasoned bread crumbs that have been mixed with cheese salt and lemon pepper. Place on a cooling rack that has been set on a cookie sheet.Bake in oven @ 420 for 7 to 13 min.
