This is a healthier alternative to the classic fried French fries. Plus, an extra trick which makes it even healthier and crispier than the average baked fry.

3-4 potatoes
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
