It seems everywhere you look people are going on and on about the benefits of kale. I have also joined the kale bandwagon. When I bought the kale for my Spicy Kale Chorizo Soup I was unsure how many bunches to buy, so I bought two. Then I only used one bunch and I was not about to let this super food go to waste, so I looked to the interweb for ideas. I did not have to look far! Baked Kale chips were at the top of the list.
