Crispy Cauliflower with Sesame seed.

This a very tasty and crispy side dish that can be eaten as snacks or as a side dish to main-course food.

300 g cauliflower florets,
3 tablespoon gram flour,
2 tablespoon cornflour powder,
1 tablespoon oil,
1 teaspoon turmeric powder,
1 teaspoon red chilly powder,
1 teaspoon coriander powder,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
1 tablespoon sesame seeds,
salt to taste,
water as required,
oil for deep frying.
Wash and cut the cauliflower florets into small pieces. Mix gram flour, cornflour , salt , turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, sesame seed, lemon juice, 1 table spoon oil, and water to make a paste. That paste should be a little thick from pancake batter. Mix it well, and add the cauliflower. See to it that they stick well to the cauliflower. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the cauliflowers, till they are nicely golden brown. Don't waste the leftover paste, keep it.
