Crispy Cheddar Chicken in the Ninja

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
¾ sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
½ cup skim milk
1 ½ cups reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 14 oz. cream of chicken soup
4 tbsp. fat-free sour cream
2 cups dry stuffing
1. In the Ninja, cook the chicken until done. Drain off any extra juice. 2. In a bowl with a lid, place the chicken, crackers, milk & most of the cheese. Cover the bowl & shake until mixed thoroughly. 3. Place the chicken mixture in the Ninja and cook on stove top medium for about 10 mins. Pour on the soup, sour cream & seasonings. Do not mix yet! Turn down to stove top low & cook for another 5 minutes before mixing. 4. After mixing, add the stuffing across the top & sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 5 minutes & then stir. 5. Cook on stove top low for about 5-10 minutes until ready to serve. 6. Serve on pasta of your choice.
