Crispy Fried Ravioli

This is a Ledo inspired dish. We love their spicy toasted ravioli, so I've been on a mission to recreate it at home. This isn't exactly like theirs since I used a meat ravioli, but it was still great.

Pre made ravioli (I used Spicy beef from Buitonni)
vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups of breadcrumbs
marinara sauce
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Pour breadcrumbs into a separate bowl. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Dip each ravioli into the egg, then into the breadcrumbs. Put into the hot oil and fry approximately 2 minutes each side. Serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce.
