Crock Pot Cashew Chicken

We all know how well we like fast foods, well crock pot cooking is my way of healthy fast food, it does the cooking while I do other things and it tastes so good when you sit down at the table after a long day. This has healthy ingredients and homemade is always better because you know what goes in it.

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (About 4 pieces), cut into smaller pieces
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup cashews
Instructions Combine flour and pepper in resealable food storage bag. Add chicken. Shake to coat with flour mixture. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken about 2 minutes on each side....
