Crock Pot Chicken, Rice & Broccoli

Delicious & Easy meal that your family will love!

2 large skinless boneless chicken breasts- frozen
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes rice a roni- long grain and wild rice
2 cups milk
1 T Garlic Salt
1 t Pepper
1 T Herbs de Provence Seasoning
2 cups Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1-2 T Chopped Onions- optional
1 cup sour cream- optional
Pour Cream of Mushroom Soup into the crockpot and sprinkle with Garlic Salt, Pepper, Herbs de Provence, and 1 seasoning packet from the rice box. Mix ingredients together with 1 cup of milk and place the chicken on top. (I usually add 1-2 tablespoons of chopped onions for extra flavor, but this is optional!) Cook in slow cooker for 7 hours on low. 1 hour before the time is up (6 hours into cooking time): Add an additional cup of milk, the second seasoning packet and both boxes of rice and broccoli. Stir and continue cooking. (You can add 1 cup of sour cream for a creamier consistency, but this is optional!)
