Like I’ve said in the past, anything to do with the crock pot and easy meals. Have you ever had salty yet sweet meat at places like Cafe Rio? They have a special secret…other than using BBQ sauce, they use some kind of a soda like Dr. Pepper or Coke! This makes the meat have a slightly sweeter flavor and keeps it moist and delicious. 3-4 lb Pork Loin Roast
Pork Rub or your favorite seasonings
12 oz Dr Pepper
Barbecue Sauce (to taste)
Pork Rub or your favorite seasonings

Place in slow cooker.
