Crock pot French Dip Sandwich. Spicy, rich roast beef sliced and stuffed into a hoagie roll; smothered in caramelized onions and served with au jus. Delicious!

4 pounds Chuck Roast
2 White or yellow Onions-caramelized
2 cups beef broth
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
8 Hoagie rolls
