Crock Pot Marinated Top Round Steak

Tender juicy marinated steak in the crock pot, who could ask for more.

1 1/2 - 2 lb top round steak
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chipotle chile powder
1/4 cup olive oil
4-5 russet potatoes, halved, then quartered

Whisk all ingredients for the marinade together. Put steak and marinade in a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. (I marinated mine overnight.) Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker,...
