Crock-Pot Mexican Stuffed Peppers

No beef or chicken! These peppers are loaded with yummy seasoned rice and make a perfect dinner!

- 4 yellow bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 8 oz can corn
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 cups salsa
- 12oz can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt , 1 teaspoon
