Crock Pot Parmesan Honey Pork Roast

A tender pork accented by a delicious sauce over top.

3-4 pounds boneless pork loin roast
2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon granulated sugar, optional
Place the pork loin roast into the crock pot. In a small bowl combine the shredded cheese, honey, soy sauce, basil, oregano, garlic, and olive oil. Pour this mixture over top of the meat in the crock pot....
