Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

This is so delicious you will eat the leftovers for lunch AND dinner the next day! Throw everything into your slow cooker and have a delicious dinner ready in no time.

2 onions, sliced thin
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 (4-6 lb) boneless pork butt or shoulder
¾ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup V8 or ketchup
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons mustard

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the pork roast. Put the roast in your crock pot and pour the sauce over top. Turn on and let cook on low for the day. (6-8 hours) Last half an hour take the roast...
