This was a meal that I accidentally made and my family could NOT get enough. I was so shocked and delighted they enjoyed it that it has become part of our regular menu!

2 Chicken Breast
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Dip
1 (15.25 oz) can Black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (15 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can Corn
1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Dip
1 (15.25 oz) can Black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (15 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can Corn
1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese
Throw all ingredients into the crock pot and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Before serving, shred chicken with forks. Serve over rice, on a tortilla, or scoop with tortilla chips.
