Crock Pot Roast Beef Sandwich

This Roast Beef sandwich is soooo YUMMY! The best part about it (other than the fact that's it's so YUMMY) is that it can cook all day and then when you get home you can have it on the table in about 15 minutes. Easy, fast AND delicious! Hope you ENJOY!

3 lb. Chuck Roast
1 can (14 oz.) Beef Broth
1 can (10 oz) French Onion Soup
1 can (10 oz) Beef Consomme
1 medium onion sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Package of Hoagie Rolls (usually they come in pak of 6)
6 Slices of Provolone Cheese

Cut fat off of Chuck Roast and season with salt and pepper and put in crock pot. Add beef broth, beef consomme, french onion soup and sliced onion. Set crock pot on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
Take roast out of crock pot and take 2 forks and pull meat apart (discarding any fat).
Open hoagie rolls and put on baking sheet . Place a slice of Provolone cheese on each hoagie rolls and put in oven preheated to 400. Leave in long enough for cheese to melt (usually about 4 minutes).
Take out of oven and fill with meat.
Serve au jus on side for dipping!
